VENUES

This year's Sydney Groups competition has been booked at Hurstville Entertainment Centre. This is a beautiful large venue with an incredibly generous stage and great facilities. We're currently negotiating with neighbouring community centres to hire them for the day to get extra dressing room space.

This year's Sydney Solos Championships has been booked at The Round House @ NSW University, Kensington. This great venue was the home of the first Kids Carnival Dance Showcase, and has housed dozens of world renowned musical acts. It features a good sized stage for solos, with tarket surface and stairs on both sides. With 400 seats, there is plenty for everyone and there is even a bistro at the venue open just for us. We've hired some additional rooms that connect directly to the venue to be used for dressing room space and we'll have one set up exclusively for warm ups and rehearsals. The venue has state of the art lighting and sound and plenty of parking.
